Here's what's
actually happening.

Every roofing-software competitor displays a giant "2,400+ contractors trust us" number that nobody verifies. We're a young product — these are the real counts, read live from our database. Refresh to confirm.

A short cinematic essay

What the work actually looks like.

Four silent frames. The roof a carrier shipped a partial estimate on, the kitchen where the contractor reviews the supplement, the binder of citations, the contract on the coffee table. Nothing dramatized — just the rooms a real claim moves through.

02 The roof Every line item we cite, traced to a real source.
03 The detail Drip edge, valley, flashing — code-required, often omitted.
07 The binder Where every claim must be defensible at the counter.
08 The paper One claim file · unlimited cited artifacts.

Our honesty rules

What we will not do, even when it would help us look bigger.

  1. 01

    No fabricated testimonials

Every quoted person on our site is a real contractor with a real company. If we haven't earned a testimonial yet, the slot stays empty.

  2. 02

    No inflated user counts

The supplement and correction counts above are read directly from our Postgres database every time you load this page. No marketing math, no "100k+ users served" handwaving.

  3. 03

    No fake claim-recovery averages

We will not invent a "$6,840 average recovery" number until we have enough real claim outcomes to compute one honestly.

  4. 04

    No marketing of unbuilt features

If a feature isn't shipped and working, it doesn't appear on the homepage. We pulled the 3D Roof Visualizer claim the day we admitted it wasn't built.

  5. 05

Citations always link to a verifiable source

Every line item in a generated supplement is tied to either the carrier's estimate text, a named building-code section, or a tool-call lookup. If the AI can't cite it, the AI doesn't ship it.

Why this page exists

Trust is the only thing an insurance tool can sell. So we don't lie about anything.

Roofing contractors are the most marketed-to professionals in B2B software. Every competitor promises bigger numbers than the last. The instinct is to do the same — borrow some big-sounding stats, ship the page, hope nobody checks.

We made the opposite call. The supplement engine itself is built on the same principle — refuse to ship a claim that can't be cited. It would be hypocritical to run a different rule on the marketing page.

If a stat ever appears on the RidgeAI homepage, you can come here to verify it. If you find anything that doesn't match the live numbers above, email sales@ridgeai.org and we'll fix it before you finish your coffee.
